The challenge to define introverts and extroverts in how they experience and receive Christ after hearing lots of testimonies.

  2. dear Yori, interesting post…I sometimes wonder where I fall…I try to be in balance between the two…balance in the center…I was raised Roman Catholic…I find the person of Jesus and His Beatitudes beautiful and it is those that I try to live by…they are more positive to me that the 10 commandments (those I find quite negative)—Jesus said he came to bring us new life…and I find the Gospel of John speaks to me the best. I think the Old Testament illustrates the faithfulness of Yahweh for me…I do not believe in it verbatim…because I think the Word of God is ongoing and full of life—the life and depth we each bring to it. I also practice the meditation of Buddhism and I find that Buddha and Jesus were twins—and when I go to meditation meetings, I experience great joy and it is not contrary to me to find life in the Word of God and the person of Jesus and to use the Buddhist way of reaching my center. I believe the Center for each of us is where we find the Life-giving God—I believe we “live in the heart of God”—not that God lives in me—I live in God—this makes God my center. I think when we go to either extreme…introvert or extrovert…we forget our center. Just thought I would share my thoughts with you this morning…

    • You are welcome, Jane, and thank you for your wonderful comments. Love hearing your comments and your views. I fall more into introvert. I don’t meditate. Normally, my mind goes into thinking mode through observations and think of Lord Jesus Christ’s teachings with the Old Testament 🙂 I’m happy for your sharing leading me to share more of myself 🙂 Wish you all the best 🙂
