De PRESS ure

De PRESS ure

When do we de-stress ourselves when pressure hits?
Bringing our petition to God in thankfulness
De-pressure our stress
As we let go our stress

Philippians 4:6-7 (KJV)
Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

Unexpectedly, I was diagnosed that I was under depression – feeling the pressure coming from self. Suddenly, Depression and Pressure have similarity in the “press”. This challenges me to define it. Though these take more than a month haunting me, I can only trust in God and have rest in Him.

But

But

But

Does your believe brings peace of heart?
Does your believe brings glory to God?
Or
Does your heart and mind waver between clashes of two believes?
Causing worries and anxieties set in?
Bring it to the Lord in prayer.

Philippians 4:5-7 (NIV)
Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near. Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

Suddenly, “vain” and “vacuum” occured to me until I wrote it down. Seems that vain is liken to one of the characteristics of the vacuum that resides in humans’ hearts. But “vanity” is the more suitable word.

The words for A and C came while I was reading a book and those words jumped at me on Wednesday midnight at 2:43am. Followed with the two Us at 4:07am.

Finally, on Friday morning, the words for M flowed out upon looking it back.
