Confused with many choices?
Study the principles of the Bible
Align ourselves in God’s will
God will help and enable us to choose
The perfect choice for us
According to our callings
To glorify and testify of His providence and goodness
A grateful testimony of God in our lives
Study Joseph in the book of Genesis

Are our efforts empowered by the Almighty God or based on personal efforts only?
Most believers have such mistaken views
Many falls into each extreme
We do our best according to His will
Then we leave it in God’s hands
Resting from our labour to gain strength
And continue our labour in Him
Not forgetting to munch in His Word as our spiritual exercise besides of physical exercise

Psalms 127:1-2 (KJV)
A Song of degrees for Solomon. Except the LORD build the house, they labour in vain that build it: except the LORD keep the city, the watchman waketh but in vain. It is vain for you to rise up early, to sit up late, to eat the bread of sorrows: for so He giveth his beloved sleep.

Normally, PE stands for ‘Physical Exercise’ in the school report card. It may not be so all the time. SE normally stands for ‘Search Engine’ and/or even ‘Self-Employed’. Suddenly it also means ‘Spiritual Efforts’ and ‘Spiritual Exercise’.

Our personal conduct is
Our personality conduct
An internal conduct
in sync with
An external conduct
As a worship to
Our God.

Conduct had been lingering in my mind and realising that most often people see our external conduct. Then I began to wonder how about personality conduct then realised Personality Conduct makes the acronym of PC.

Is there any personal development in us as we walk in Christ Jesus?

Romans 6:18-19 (KJV)
Being then made free from sin, ye became the servants of righteousness. I speak after the manner of men because of the infirmity of your flesh: for as ye have yielded your members servants to uncleanness and to iniquity unto iniquity; even so now yield your members servants to righteousness unto holiness.

Romans 8:26-27 (KJV)
Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God.

1 Thessalonians 4:6-8 (NIV)
And that in this matter no one should wrong or take advantage of a brother or sister. The Lord will punish all those who commit such sins, as we told you and warned you before. For God did not call us to be impure, but to live a holy life. Therefore, anyone who rejects this instruction does not reject a human being but God, the very God who gives you his Holy Spirit.

2 Timothy 1:8-10 (NCV)
So do not be ashamed to tell people about our Lord Jesus, and do not be ashamed of me, in prison for the Lord. But suffer with me for the Good News. God, who gives us the strength to do that, saved us and made us his holy people. That was not because of anything we did ourselves but because of God’s purpose and grace. That grace was given to us through Christ Jesus before time began, but it is now shown to us by the coming of our Savior Christ Jesus. He destroyed death, and through the Good News he showed us the way to have life that cannot be destroyed.

Normally, Pd is used as a short form for paediatric among parents’ communication. But it also means the Personal Development in us when we receive Christ in our lives. The Holy Spirit in us is working to help us in our weakness to be more like Jesus.
