Seven Senses

Posted on

Hoarding books with a pair eyes
Seeping like a sponge

Listen with a pair of
Sharp rabbit-like ears

Sensing every surrounding
Quiet as a stone aware of potential danger

Sniff extensively
Aware of poisonous or edible consumption

Tasting every life experiences
Lead to self-realization and understand others

Perceive others through observations
Conclude presumptions as sixth senses

Not forgetting to trust the Creator
Self-commitment to trust Jesus in all ways

Reading books are my ways to learn to do things. Upon coming to know The Lord Jesus Christ, the Bible is my daily spiritual food and compass. This poetry commence its birth with the first stanza. As I return to it and write my inspiration, I am challenged to explore all five senses. Next is to sixth senses and lead to the seventh sense to learn to trust Jesus albeit unforeseen circumstances. God bless you all for reading my poetry to minister.

A bottle of Poison

Posted on

A bottle of poison
On the wooden table

Jealousy is likened to drinking poison
Poisonous to the soul and spirit
Spiritual darkness overcome whole being
Deeply ingrained into the heart
From inside to outside
Leading to hurting the innocent

Both parties are deeply hurt and wounded
A dark figure chuckles at that sight
And enjoying the drama
Drama of fights
Fights among people.
Sneering them.
Unheard evil laugh
In the invisible dimension.
