Courageous in Outrageous

Posted on

Courageous to go through the battle of life
Outrageous to go through the angst of lies

Yet still to courageously trust in The Lord
Albeit the outrageously wiles of the devil

Hating own life to live for Christ courageously
Losing grip of everyone in the world outrageously

Losing the will to live outrageous life
Only to persist to live a courageous life
For Christ alone

Living in hurts and pains baffle me. Someone who claims to be in Christ proved manipulative. Desiring to control my life, he played around with his words. Upon realization of his claw, I choose to leave. My dear friend just went through similar situations. My advise to her is to leave rather than being taken advantage. Moreover, she can not trust her client anymore. Even though it hurts her, she chooses to leave. Her parents also advised her to do so. A word of advise, not All Client are King. God bless you all for reading my poetry to minister.

Distraction

Killing Distractions?
Or
Distractions Kill us?

Do distractions rip us away from God?
Or
God is in us amidst many distractions?

Inspiration On: Thursday, 31 October 2013 at 2:58pm to 4:05pm

Being weighed down with lots of priorities and tasks at hand, I feel I can’t breathe. Remembering my purpose and goal in life, I realized the world is full of distractions. This idea reminded me of Jesus warnings about the distractions this world offer. But also made me think, refocus and birthed out this poetry.

Upon reading an impressed word or phrases
Upon pondering of problem solving methods

Living in a visually beautiful world of scenery

Suddenly, the above poetry birthed out as I’m trying to understand myself as a visual person and how I remember things.

Dam

Dam

~ Hikari Yori

Prophet Jeremiah cried to the Lord
Seeking His help and deliverance
Pronounce curse towards those who tried to destroy him
When our dam is full of the weight of the world
Overflowing of pain and anxiety will occur
Cry to the Saviour who will lighten our burden
When we lean upon Him and His guidance
Learn to bless knowing His peace

Solitude & Silence

Posted on

In solitude
I find rest
From the noisy world

In solitude
I withdraw from the world
Entering into my own world

In silence
I cried of my contrite heart

In silence
I prayed to my Lord for comfort

In solitude
I heard a small still Voice

In silence
I regain my strength in my Lord Jesus
I find my voice

In solitude and silence
I commune with my Lord
My heart is ready to enter the world.

This began with, “in solitude” that slowly reminded me of Psalms and Elijah as described the book of Samuel.
