The above acrostic poetry is birthed from reading the book ‘Never Eat Alone’ written by Keuth Ferrazi & Tahl Raz. Throughout reading the book, I still believe in the word of God to love God is to love others. The most important is to love Him first being rooted in His Word and grow in Him. Then we can serve others in their needs, interests and passion.

Throughout my experiences, I was given the things I don’t need. Therefore, I come to the conclusion to bless others by understanding their needs, interests and passions. I am thankful of my spiritual mentor to equip me with the Word of God. Upon knowing she would like to have Bible in King James Version, I carefully chose a compact yet medium font of a King James Version Bible. Out of gratitude, I surprised her with it. She is so delighted. I feel so delighted with her satisfied expression. I thank the Lord to enable me to observe her needs before I bless her with a present. I like the character of my mentor who is not ashamed to share her flaw to me. She understands I am so upset with my own flaws.

Recently, ideas have been pouring out lately. Suddenly, these produced the acronym of IP. “In” is included because without input, there is no outpouring of ideas. “Care, Compassion, Lovely, Gratitude” came as I was thinking to define calling. According to dictionary, calling means

1. An inner urge or a strong impulse, especially one believed to be divinely inspired to accept the Gospels as truth and Jesus as one’s personal savior.
2. An occupation, profession, or career.

Via

Jesus Christ, who is the Son of God, is our bridge to God.
He is our Advocator who loves us and is interested in us.
He is God’s love for us.
He redeems us from sins and death.

I John 2:1-5
My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous: And He is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world. And hereby we do know that we know Him, if we keep His commandments. He that saith, I know Him, and keepeth not His commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in Him. But whoso keepeth His word, in him verily is the love of God perfected: hereby know we that we are in Him.

Somehow ‘via’ word made me think it is like a bridge. It is the bridge of words. It connects two words. In dictionary, via means

1. By a route that touches or passes through; by way of: to fly to Japan via the North Pole.
2. By the agency or instrumentality of: a solution via an inquiry.
3. Architecture . a space between two mutules.

The Bible
The Scripture
The Word of God
Seems
Boring
Dull
Dry
Let me fall asleep.

The more I pray
The more I re-read
The more the Words work in my heart
The more I get interested
The more enthusiastic I became
The more hunger in my heart
Towards
God’s loving kindness
The Word of God
The presence of God
In my lives.

The more I’m thankful
The more I’m grateful
The more I long to meet Him face to face
The more I work on
My salvation with trembling anf fear
The more fear of God exist in my heart
The more I realise His presence
The more I marvel at His diverse creation
The more truth I learn
The more I delight to do His will
The more my heart is liberated
The more my heart is softened.
The more I comprehend my identity
The more I comprehend my purpose
The more I comprehend my destiny.

Thank You, Lord JESUS CHRIST
To come to this world
To come to save us.
To come to strengthen us.
To come to have relationship with us.

Just after accepting the Lord Jesus Christ into my life, reading the Bible is like an obligation to me. But as time goes by, reading the Bible is not a hassle, instead it helps a lot in my life and I long for Moses encounter with God (Exodus 33:11).
