Proverbs 10:17-21 with poetry

Posted on

An anonymous poetry speaks to me during my devotion time. It is about a wise owl. It points to the book of proverbs 10:17-21. “He who restrains his lips is wise,” verse 11 is the emphasize of the whole verse.

Lord, grants us wisdom when to restrain our lips. Restrain our lips at the right time. May we be a good listener. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

Today, I return to it again and feel inspired of my last year’s experiences worshipping God. I saw that I am fully soaked in the living water. What is God going to do this year? Doing best to our weary soul

Being overworked can cause burnt out. Today’s technological era place more burden onto the body system. When we do too much for God, it can produce a different result. It drains our energy. Thus I conclude who to give help. I need to take care of my mental and health first. Then I can serve God more productively. God bless you all for reading my poetry to minister.

Abba Father
Thank You to receive me back into
Your family again

Living a restarting life
May Your will be done
A ministry to the weak

A healing ministry
Guide me in all Your ways
Teach me to speak

Lead me
Always in Your hands
You are ahead of me

You are breaking
The generational curses
In my family through me

May it be unto me
Show me the way to bring glory to You
Glory to Your name through my infirmities

I bring my son to SS’s hair salon at Far East Plaza then she brings us to the new church God is leading me to. Thankful for her to guide me no need to bring trolley. It is time for my bonding with him through hand holding rather than I waste time to hold the burden. So I need to remove it and reduce the things in my bag. Now she needs to go for nerve test due to carry too many things during her motherhood. Oh no! Should I go for nerve test? I really appreciate her to tell me so. After the worship and sermon time, SS brings me for the altar call and whispers to the intercessor to pray against the spirit of oppression and depression upon me. After the church service, she takes my photo with my son. Is God healing my migraine? Thank You, Lord.

The sermon topic is ‘Beyond Expectation’ where God can change a murderous Saul of Tarsus into Paul through an encounter with Jesus. Once he becomes Paul, he suffers for Christ. Tabitha, the widow, who cared for the women died is resurrected through the apostle Peter. That comforts my heart Jesus can do more miracles in my life and even my husband.

Thanks for reading my poetry and hope this poetry minister and bless you.

Most of the time, people love to pass their own judgements without understanding someone. The feeling of bring misunderstood is extremely painful. Thus produce such quote. Armed with knowledge about a person’s passions, needs or interests, you can do more than connect; you’ll have an opportunity to bond and impress.

~ Keuth Ferrazi & Tahl Raz in ‘Never Eat Alone’

Inspiration On: Monday, 7 September 2015

The above acrostic poetry is birthed from reading the book ‘Never Eat Alone’ written by Keuth Ferrazi & Tahl Raz. Throughout reading the book, I still believe in the word of God to love God is to love others. The most important is to love Him first being rooted in His Word and grow in Him. Then we can serve others in their needs, interests and passion.

Throughout my experiences, I was given the things I don’t need. Therefore, I come to the conclusion to bless others by understanding their needs, interests and passions. I am thankful of my spiritual mentor to equip me with the Word of God. Upon knowing she would like to have Bible in King James Version, I carefully chose a compact yet medium font of a King James Version Bible. Out of gratitude, I surprised her with it. She is so delighted. I feel so delighted with her satisfied expression. I thank the Lord to enable me to observe her needs before I bless her with a present. I like the character of my mentor who is not ashamed to share her flaw to me. She understands I am so upset with my own flaws.

Wish you all have good days and thank you.

The feeling to write with my left hand returns. Yesterday’s memory ingrains an ache in my heart and mind. A newfound friend spoke harshly to me due to me being lack of experience. A long time friend was scared to confess so he passes it to me. The feeling of being caught in between is getting more unbearable until I cried to the Lord on my bed. At home and outside, I am caught in between. It’s so painful. Thus I spoke to that friend that his words and actions hurt me. As I was crying to the Lord, I find peace in Him. May this poetry comforts those who are caught in between. May you know that you are not alone. Thanks for reading my poetry and hope this poetry minister and bless you.

This poetry births from Joshua 20:3c where The Lord provides shelter for those who accidentally take the life of others without any intent. However, it speaks to me that The Lord is my refuge from those who are jealous of me. There is nothing to be jealous of me. However, my cousin is jealous of me. My parents and siblings told me so. Her intellect and grade is much better than me. I feel hurt with her doings. But I see The Lord protects me from further hurts and protect my son and I when I was pregnant. I also see The Lord’s protection in my family life and destroy my mother in law’s evil scheme. She is trying to sow discord between my husband and I. Though I am do hurt with my husband blindness, something good comes out of it. I see his true colours. He is possessive and biased who do not check the matter out and sprout false accusations. Though i have been living in fear, I can only leave the matter into God’s hand and pray for the blood of Jesus to cover the family. God bless you all for reading my poetry to minister.

Living in hurts and pains baffle me. Someone who claims to be in Christ proved manipulative. Desiring to control my life, he played around with his words. Upon realization of his claw, I choose to leave. My dear friend just went through similar situations. My advise to her is to leave rather than being taken advantage. Moreover, she can not trust her client anymore. Even though it hurts her, she chooses to leave. Her parents also advised her to do so. A word of advise, not All Client are King. My friend passed a book to me for advice. The book ‘Careers in Digital Animation’ mentions the graduate artists to do internships and unpaid jobs. It is someone who set this industry practices so this produced another IP acronym. This industry practices spoil the arts company to prey on the new artists to do free work. Thanks for reading my poetry and hope this poetry minister and bless you.

Tojiru Yoshiko
Upon hearing such matter from Yori, I was shocked and curious of the book. Upon hearing the stated words, I also have the same disagreements as Yori. This sparked an inspiration in me birthing the above poetry. Any artists reading this, please hear my questions. Please consider the professions of maids, waiters, waitresses, promoters, doctors, nurses, scientists, administrative, secretaries, and other finance industries. Those without experiences will get paid for their full time internships then turns into permanent positions. But why exploit the new emerging artists and even freelancers to do the required arts job? Are arts industries considered nothing? Just preys to exploit?

Problems often occur among people. This produced PIP acronym. According to Oxford Learner’s dictionary, pip means (1) The small hard seed that is found in some types of fruit (2) A series of short high sounds, especially those used when giving the exact time on the radio. The synonyms of pip are seed, stone, pit. The free dictionary defines pip as the stone of soft fruits such as peaches and plums. Thanks for reading my poetry and hope this poetry minister and bless you.

Upon understanding and pondering the meaning of Pip, it takes six days to birth the poetry out. Using devour word will give a much greater impact compared to swallow. Kick is a stronger words rather than leave. God bless you all for reading my poetry to minister.

Being inspired with ant bully movie, I concluded my husband as insects and bugs bully. Recalling his young times, it seems disgusting to me for him to bully the insects and bugs he encountered. Remove cricket’s one leg then put back into the trees. Put fire onto a spider until its legs retract back and died. A brick to stomp onto a scorpion.

Then I was reminded of my brother during his primary days. A rat was locked in a trap cage. A stick inside the trap cage with a sharp end was used to sting the dark brown rat curiously. Though I asked him to stop, he continually sting it many times. I watched in horror in how it shrieked in pain until it stopped moving and ceased its breath. Such a gross sight.

All these sights and hearings mixed together and gives birth to this first acrostic poetry with the help from Yori. Reminding me of the book of Leviticus in the procedure to care the land God blesses. Leaving me speechless for D, E, O, Q, T, and U. When I think of the poor, there are downtrodden people. Leading me to the outcast.

God bless you all for reading my poetry to minister.

Hunger for power
Distracts the heart

What are we?
Where are we?
When do we want to change?

Saturday, 8 November 2013 at 7:30pm

Upon pondering of party animals and observing today’s society, the above inspiration birthed out. A party animal is a term being used as a description of people who enjoys party with beer and wines. An idea of associating city with jungle is a paradox to wake the people up to stop the bullying of each other, to do self-reflection and to look beyond a person’s physical appearances. First of all, these reminded me of 2 Timothy 3:1-7 (KJV), “This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away. For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts, ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.” God bless you all for reading my poetry of pondering questions to minister.
