Do animals party?
How animals party?
Are we like animals?
Do people behave like animals?
The strong devour the weak
And even
The weak devour the strong
Is the society turning into cities of jungles?
Are cities jungles of animals?
Hunger for power
Distracts the heart
Jealousy
Blinds the minds
Empty promises
Enter the ears
Physical appearance
Cover the eyes
What are we?
Where are we?
When do we want to change?
Which do we choose to be?
Who are we?
Why are we the way we are?
How do our Creator sees us?
Do we care what we are becoming into?

Upon pondering of party animals and observing today’s society, the above inspiration birthed out. A party animal is a term being used as a description of people who enjoys party with beer and wines. An idea of associating city with jungle is a paradox to wake the people up to stop the bullying of each other, to do self-reflection and to look beyond a person’s physical appearances. First of all, these reminded me of 2 Timothy 3:1-7 (KJV), “This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away. For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts, ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.” God bless you all for reading my poetry of pondering questions to minister.
