Thank God and thankful for today’s trainer bring the Google cardboard and let me have the test. He wants to use it for e-learning education. Lord, if this is from You, please grant me favour through him to get job opportunities. 
The Lord is rewiring me back to myself. When I hear him shares his life experiences in being emphatic, it reminds me of myself. Everybody has been telling me that they feel better after talking to me though I didn’t really talk much. So they appreciate my listening ears. I feel so grateful to my Lord Jesus Christ for the people He places at my life when I am thinking to totally change myself due to being lied and taken advantage. I still keep my values. Inside I feel like changing my personality to stop from being lied and taken advantage all the time. I understand the feeling of being put in a difficult position so I choose to make things easy for others to grow. There are those people who return to pluck for more fur or backstab. I have enough of such people.
My parents and brother voice out their frustrations towards my husband and the Myanmar maid. They keep on instigating me to tell him to teach the maid how to cook for tomorrow. It is his decision and choice. I feel that I can’t breathe at home. The test is right that I perform my best in a harmonious environment. No wonder my heart is not at home. And I can’t focus and concentrate to care Huey and do my job. I feel frustrated by my choice to listen to my parents to get married. Instead of being appreciated and able to work forgetter, my life is in a difficult situation.

Inspiration On: Sunday, 14 February 2016

The first verse is sung in my dream repetitively. Second stanza onwards are continued as I attempt to remember the dream. In the dream, I remember clearly that I saw the wooden serpent turned into dragon. Finally, it turned into real flying dragon. Then I burst into singing worship songs to my Lord and Saviour. Through it, many evil leeches on people are destroyed. People are healed. Strange dream.

Bait

Oh, we are like fishes in the pond
Swimming with enjoyment
Until
A hook with worm
Suddenly rolls down
Tempting fishes to
Take the bait
Bait to be devoured
Bait to death and destruction

Hooks of the devil
Snares of the devil
Traps of the devil
Wiles of the devil

Temptations from the devil
Deserve our attentions to beware
Deserve our attentions to guard ourselves
Deserve our attentions to seek God’s intervention

To stand strong in our faith
To stand with Jesus’ strength
To please our Lord
As the ambassadors of gospel
To be the vessel of Light

Do we ignore God’s Words and choose to fall into temptations?
Or
Temptations are overpowered with our choices to stand in His Words?

The second stanza came first followed by the rest. But the first stanza birthed out upon ending all stanza. First stanza’s purpose and idea came from second stanza with word “hook”. It was an allegory to depict human’s frailty needing of God’s strength.

Dove in Love

Love from God descends upon Mary’s womb like a
Dove descends upon Jesus Christ after His baptism

Holy Spirit comes from God to strengthen us in love
Holy Spirit is manifested in the form of a gentle dove

Dove is a soft and gentle bird so let us
Love one another as Jesus has loved us

Since Lord Jesus’ love fill our aching hearts
Let us be like a dove, which is gentle in nature

Then this world is injected with love and care
Where no fight among people as dove dwells peacefully

Then this world will be filled with God’s peace and joy
Warmth fills everyone’s hearts who hungers love

As a mother with a given authority to take care a baby, use power wisely is important. Those three words only produced UPW thereby inserting ARD gives and increases its meaning. Oxford Advanced Learner’s dictionary defines upward as

1. Pointing towards or facing a higher place
2. Increasing in amount or price

Bit

Bible, Scripture, Word of God is the used
Interchangeably to indicate the truths spoken from God in the lives of people
To show us to Him and learn from people’s mistakes and avoid it.
Setting aside of our time for God and in His Word
Definitely will produce an impact to our lives.
Bits of His Word slowly seep into our hearts, minds, attitudes, and actions

Suddenly, “Believe in the Truth” gave me the acronym of Bit. The dictionary defines bit as

1. A small portion, degree, or amount
2. A brief amount of time; a moment

This also means the portion to believe in the Word of God and in the time spent will have an impact in our lives.

“Part of Life” struck my mind. After thought about its acronym, add another L will produce the acronym POLL. According to dictionary, poll means
A sampling or collection of opinions on a subject, taken from either a selected or a random group of persons, as for the purpose of analysis.
Usually, polls. the place where votes are taken.
The registering of votes, as at an election.
The voting at an election.
The number of votes cast.
Poll is to define that difficulties will continually exist in living life.

Solitude & Silence

In solitude
I find rest
From the noisy world

In God, we find meaning in Him then His strength and wisdom comfort us as we walk in His will.

In the quietness of the night, “Trust in the Lord” from Proverbs 3 spoke to me. Proverbs 3:5-9, “Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct thy paths. Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the LORD, and depart from evil. It shall be health to thy navel, and marrow to thy bones. Honour the LORD with thy substance, and with the firstfruits of all thine increase.” Proverbs 3:11-13, “My son, despise not the chastening of the LORD; neither be weary of his correction: For whom the LORD loveth he correcteth; even as a father the son in whom he delighteth. Happy is the man that findeth wisdom, and the man that getteth understanding.“

In dictionary, till is defined as: up to the time of; until: to fight till death; before (used in negative constructions): He did not come till today. Near or at a specified time: till evening. So no matter what happens, we need to fight the good fight of faith. Life has been tough for me. Before I embarked on my professional career, my parents suggested to me to get married when my heart is not prepared. So I listened. Nine months later, my toddler is born. Feeling sad without career with my son hard to handle, I am trying to do beneficial for God’s kingdom and future career. I did cry to God and His love gives me the support to continue.

In IT technology, IS is defined as Information Systems. Internal Strife’s acronym is also IS. So it boils down to contemplate our inner self to correct our mistakes. Strife is caused when we have problem with our inner self and reacting to outside attacks.

The word “pure” suddenly popped out to me and I was attracted to define it. On Friday midnight, “Unveil” popped into my mind as I was listening to Music Album “Sailormoon S Music Fantasy” soundtrack of track “正義の戦い Seigi no Tatakai”. One hour later, “purity” also popped out. Upon waking up in the morning the word “renew” for R and “emerge” for E popped out. A few minutes later, “power” and “unleash” also popped out then “energy”.

On Saturday night, “inner strength” came suddenly. Followed by “tremendously” on Tuesday morning and “Yearning Holiness / Yeast-Free” in the evening. Today, the whole definitions are finalised upon removing “Yeast-Free” to explain clearly the meaning of purity in our lives.

Weak to Strong

Though I am weak,
I want to be strong.
Pray to my God
To strengthen me
Strengthen me through Christ, my Lord.
My Lord and my God.

Please strengthen me

In my heart, I have been wishing to be strong. Being the weakest in my family, I wish to be strong to protect my family. Now, I am married with a toddler and am going through the drought of careers. Suddenly words resonated in my mind, “Though I am weak, I want to be strong.” Later on, other words came naturally.

On Tuesday, 22 November 2011 at 8:34am “Endure day by day with the strength from Christ” came to me as I’m going through stressful times in my life because I have been trying to balance my life.

As I was praying during my quiet times on Thursday, 1 December 2011 “Set my heart’s motivation right before You, O Lord” came from my heart to the Lord, recognizing my weakness especially in my emotions.

Dark of the Night

In the dark of the night
My soul ponders
Ponders about life
Life’s uncertainties
Uncertain about what the future hold.
Holding onto something tangible

But there is more than life
More than what is seen.
Faith, hope, and love are what

Then I commended mirth, because a man hath no better thing under the sun, than to eat, and to drink, and to be merry: for that shall abide with him of his labour the days of his life, which God giveth him under the sun. When I applied mine heart to know wisdom, and to see the business that is done upon the earth: (for also there is that neither day nor night seeth sleep with his eyes:) Then I beheld all the work of God, that a man cannot find out the work that is done under the sun: because though a man labour to seek it out, yet he shall not find it; yea farther; though a wise man think to know it, yet shall he not be able to find it. Ecclesiastes 8:15-17 (KJV)

The above scripture resonates in my heart as I go through everyday life busy with my baby, tidying house, spending time with my family and even catching up with my friends. Seems that everyday is always busy.

Nowadays, the source of my inspiration comes from the book of Psalms where the Psalmist hope in God and in His Word during the night, which can be seen from Psalm 119:147-149 (CEB), “I meet the predawn light and cry for help. I wait for your promise. My eyes encounter each hour of the night as I think about your word. Listen to my voice, according to your faithful love. LORD, make me live again, according to your justice.”

An Over-Exert Lady

Though a slow learner girl, hardworking is one of her traits. A motto, “I can’t do it, but I must overcome it and able to do it!” starts when she was drowned into a swimming pool at the age of three.

During her schooldays, mathematics is one of her favourite subjects with Chemistry comes second. She dislikes subjects that need to be memorised. Geography and history are the hardest subjects for her due to the need to remember the map and year.

As years passed by, it was the time for her to study diploma in Computing. Programming module is the hardest module to understand because she couldn’t grasp the logic behind it. But upon her cousin’s patient guidance, she came to love it because she could comprehend the logic. In order to avoid the selective memorisation modules during her bachelor’s studies, she chose the programming selective modules.

Undaunted by her drowned experience, she persistently learn how to swim from her father in a warm water swimming pool with her siblings. Believing herself to be able to master the swimming frog strokes, by faith she jumped twice into the adult section of the swimming pool. Though drowned, but she managed to keep herself afloat. Thank God for His mercy for always sending someone to save her. Ten years later, she is able to swim well until today. With that, she is very delighted and satisfied. Then she is still learning other types of swimming strokes.

Finally, during her marriage life she implements her motto upon buying a $24 Antonius four drawer container for household, she bought it at Ikea around Tampines since she was nearby attending a toy workshop. Without knowing how it looks like, she immediately bought it only to find out that the delivery charge is $50 after make the payment. She tied and carried it all the way to Expo without informing her husband for assistance. Upon reaching there, he was shocked to see the drawers. In the end, they couldn’t buy a lot of baby food. Moreover, she lost her puppet’s eye and an arm. Only after shower, her shoulders, back, and ankles were aching. These lasted for a few days. This is the most painful experience, but also a lesson for her not to over-exert herself.

So the moral of the story is

Though forcing oneself is strength, but it is also a weakness.

Your own strength can become your own weakness, but your weakness will also turn out to be strength.

God’s Shining Glory

I went to Universal Studio at Resort World Sentosa with my husband and his sister, nephew, brother and sister in law. We played almost all the rides, just left two performances. Then we waited until 9:30pm to see the fireworks. It is my first time to see it glows before my very eyes. When it was exploding, my eyes couldn’t take it so with my right arm to cover my eyes.

How can I withstand God’s glory before my very eyes if He appears before me?

Especially now, I feel that my spiritual life is weak. Followed by my headache that never goes away. It gets worse as years passed by and even after giving birth.

Prayer: No matter what happens, O Lord, please help me in my weakness. Give me strength to obey Your will. In Your most precious Son’s name I ask. Amen.

I Want

“Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life.” – Rev 2:10 [KJV]

With the help of the Spirit of the LORD,
